HR Jobs
Human Resources (HR) jobs are highly sought-after positions, particularly with graduates. The role of the Human Resources (HR) department is integral to the day-to-day running of a company and has evolved considerably over the last few years. Previously HR roles like personal managers were concerned predominantly with issues that affected staff welfare within a firm. Now the role has developed to include duties to help the organisation progress. The duties and responsibilities required for the job will vary according to the size of the company and the needs of the employer. It is most likely that regardless of company size, a Human Resources officer will be responsible for staffing the organisation. This includes dealing with recruitment, training, pensions, disciplinary, payroll, redundancy and implementing employment law.
